International Shipping & Customs
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country for the delivery of original paintings and limited edition prints. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please check with your local customs office for more information. Delays due to customs are also beyond our control and may affect delivery times.
Packaging & Protection
All original paintings and fine art prints are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Each piece includes a signed certificate of authenticity. Limited edition prints also come with a print care card and are available in both framed and unframed options. All orders are securely wrapped and protected during transit.
Lost Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control. If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days so we can help assist with the claim process.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of the items and that each item is made to order, we're unable to accept returns at this stage. However, if there are any damages, please reply to your order confirmation email within 7 days of delivery.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the custom nature of commissioned artwork, 50% deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
If a commission is canceled before work begins, 25% of the total project price will be retained to cover design preparation and reservation of the commission slot.
If a commission is canceled after work has started, the Artist reserves the right to complete and independently sell the artwork without reference to the Client’s book or project.
PRODUCT DETAILS
Caring for Your Print
All prints are high-quality archival giclée prints, created to last a lifetime when handled with proper care.
If you purchased an unframed print, we recommend keeping it in its original packaging until it reaches your framer to help minimize the risk of damage. Please inspect your print within 7 days of delivery to ensure it arrived safely.
If handling your print before framing, only touch the edges and avoid direct contact with the printed surface. Wearing clean cotton gloves is highly recommended.
Rolled prints will naturally flatten over time when placed print-side-up on a clean, flat surface. To help flatten the print more quickly, place a protective sheet over it before adding lightweight objects such as books. Avoid placing anything directly onto the print surface.
Most importantly, never roll the print in the opposite direction from how it originally arrived, as this may cause permanent damage to the artwork.
Color Disclaimer
Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and monitor calibration.
