Processing Times
Limited Edition Fine Art Prints
Print orders typically ship within 3–7 business days.
Original Paintings
Original artwork may require additional preparation time depending on varnishing and drying stages. Most originals ship within 1–3 weeks.
Commissioned Artwork
Commission timelines are determined individually and outlined within each client agreement.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped with tracking included.
Depending on the artwork and shipment value, orders may also include:
- Insurance
- Signature confirmation
- Reinforced protective packaging
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 3–10 business days
- International: 1–4 weeks depending on destination and customs processing
Please note that shipping delays caused by carriers or customs are outside of our control.
International Orders & Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional delivery fees required by their country.
These charges are not included in the artwork or shipping price.
Customs processing times may also affect delivery estimates.
Packaging & Protection
All artwork is packaged with great care to ensure safe delivery.
Limited edition prints include:
- Protective packaging
- Certificate of authenticity
- Print care card
Original paintings are securely wrapped and reinforced for transit protection.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact alexandrawolly.artist@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the artwork
- Photos of the packaging if applicable
We will assist with shipping or insurance claims whenever possible.
