Refund policy
Limited Edition Fine Art Prints
Due to the made-to-order and limited edition nature of fine art prints, all print sales are final.
Refunds, replacements, or exchanges are only offered if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The incorrect item was received
- There is a confirmed issue caused on our side
If your order arrives damaged, please contact alexandrawolly.artist@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the artwork
- Photos of the packaging
If the issue is confirmed, a replacement or refund will be offered at no additional cost.
Original Artwork
All original paintings are final sale.
Due to the unique nature of original artwork, refunds or replacements are only offered in cases involving:
- Shipping damage caused by insufficient packaging
- A confirmed error on our side
While we are not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping carriers after dispatch, we will gladly assist with insured shipping claims whenever possible.
Commissioned Artwork
All commissioned artwork payments and deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
Each commission is governed by an individual agreement outlining:
- Scope of work
- Timeline
- Payment structure
- Licensing and usage rights
If a commission is canceled before work begins, 25% of the total project price will be retained to cover planning, preparation, and reservation of the commission slot.
If canceled after work has started, the Artist reserves the right to complete and independently sell the artwork without reference to the Client’s project, book, or intellectual property.
